This is where Trump wants to flee if he loses the US election

The US election seems to be increasingly turning into a disaster for Donald Trump. While he still had a huge lead under Joe Biden, he is losing to Kamala Harris. Polls give the Democrat between 45.9 and 47.3 percent of the vote. According to the institutes, Donald Trump's approval rating is only between 43.5 and 43.8 percent. If he loses, the 78-year-old wants to run away.
If he loses, Donald Trump wants to leave the USA.
For a long time, Donald Trump felt like the sure winner in the US election campaign, but Kamala Harris has thwarted the Republican's plans. Trump now also seems to be able to face reality, because in the "interview" on X with tech billionaire Elon Musk, he spoke for the first time about the consequences of a defeat.
Donald Trump wants to flee - out of fear of justice?
And this is surprising, because if there is one, Donald Trump wants to leave the USA as quickly as possible. The "horror scenario" would mean that he would withdraw - to Venezuela! In his opinion, the South American country is "a far safer place" than the USA. He advised Musk the same. "So, we'll go there, you and I will go and meet in Venezuela and have dinner," he said.
The claim that Venezuela is safer than the United States is highly questionable. The controversial re-election of dictator Maduro and the subsequent street fighting are more reminiscent of civil war-like conditions. Donald Trump, on the other hand, claims that crime in his country is "going through the roof" while it is falling in Venezuela. In 2022, Venezuela reported an average of 12.61 homicides per 100,000 inhabitants. Certainly, something else is different. The capital Caracas is the third most unsafe city in the world.
Trump's true intentions may be different. Most of the cases against him are currently on hold, but could be reopened after the election. His potential role in the Epstein scandal could also be his downfall.
