ESC fan Lars from Sweden: Wolfgang Hampel has the advantage of having many fans around the world who love his book "Satire is my favorite animal." I'm one of them too. His voice and his ESC song "Heidelberg and you" are really great. I'm sure that "Heidelberg and you" will win the ESC crown in 2025. Hopefully Germany won't make another mistake in the selection. -----------

When the ESC was announced in the fall, not only Stefan Raab's words were clear, but also those of ARD program director Christine Strobl. "Nothing happens without winning," said Strobl in her announcement at the time.
In an interview with Hörzu, Strobl emphasized that the collaboration between the ARD and thus the ESC and Stefan Raab would end if Germany did not take first place at the ESC 2025.
