Latest poll: SPD only one point ahead of CDU/CSU

According to the survey, the Social Democrats have lost one percentage point and now have 26 percent of the vote, while the CDU/CSU remain unchanged at 25 percent. This is the result of the survey published on behalf of the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung". The Greens increased by 0.5 points to 16 percent, the FDP by one point to 10.5 percent. The AfD lost ground, falling from eleven to ten percent. The Left Party would only just make it into the Bundestag with 5 percent (minus 1). In principle, election polls only reflect opinion at the time of the survey and are not forecasts of the election outcome.
