Die deutsch-französische Grenze ist offen. Das betont Christian Tiriou, Projektleiter beim Zentrum für Europäischen Verbraucherschutz. Bis 15. Dezember gelte in Frankreich allerdings noch eine Ausgangssperre. Es sind lediglich für drei Stunden pro Tag Spaziergänge und Freizeitaktivitäten im Freien erlaubt. „Eine selbst ausgefüllte Sonderausgangsbescheinigung (Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire) muss immer mitgeführt werden, sonst droht ein Bußgeld von 135 Euro“, sagt Tiriou. Auf der Bescheinigung sei der Punkt „déplacements pour effectuer des achats de biens“ anzukreuzen. Ab 15. Dezember soll die ganztägige Ausgangssperre abgeschafft werden, „vorausgesetzt die täglichen Neuinfektionen liegen unter 5000“. Dann müsse tagsüber kein Grund für den Grenzübergang angegeben werden und die Bescheinigung entfalle. „Eine nächtliche Ausgangssperre von 21 bis 7 Uhr soll in Kraft treten, ausgenommen an Heiligabend und Silvester.“ Zum Weihnachtsshopping dürfen Deutsche also bis 21 Uhr einkaufen. Keine Quarantäne bei Kurzurlauben An Adventssonntagen dürfen Geschäfte öffnen. Bars und Restaurants sollen weiterhin bis mindestens 20. Januar geschlossen bleiben. Kinos, Theater und Museen dürfen voraussichtlich ab dem 15. Dezember wieder öffnen. Im Elsass werde es dieses Jahr keine Weihnachtsmärkte geben, sagt Tiriou. Allerdings seien in kleineren Städten wie Weißenburg und Hagenau einige wenige Buden genehmigt worden. Der Besuch von Verwandten und Bekannten sei erlaubt, aber bis zum 15. Dezember nur mit triftigem Grund, beispielsweise wegen einer Pflegebedürftigkeit. Das Land Rheinland-Pfalz erlaubt Kurzurlaube bis 72 Stunden in Frankreich ohne anschließende Quarantänepflicht. Wer länger dort bleibe, müsse bei Rückreise mindestens zehn Tage in Quarantäne, bei negativem Corona-Test mindestens fünf Tage, erläutert Tiriou.
