Ensuite, aucune raison de franchir la frontière ne doit être donnée pendant la journée et le certificat est omis. «Un couvre-feu nocturne de 21 h à 7 h devrait entrer en vigueur, sauf la veille de Noël et le réveillon du nouvel an.» Pour les achats de Noël, les Allemands sont autorisés à faire leurs courses jusqu'à 21 h. Pas de quarantaine pour les courts séjours. Les magasins sont autorisés à ouvrir les dimanches de l'Avent. Les bars et restaurants doivent rester fermés au moins jusqu'au 20 janvier. Les cinémas, théâtres et musées devraient rouvrir le 15 décembre. Il n'y aura pas de marché de Noël en Alsace cette année, dit Tiriou. Cependant, quelques stands ont été approuvés dans des villes plus petites telles que Weißenburg et Hagenau. Les visites aux parents et connaissances sont autorisées, mais uniquement pour de bonnes raisons jusqu'au 15 décembre, par exemple en raison d'un besoin de soins. L'état de Rhénanie-Palatinat autorise de courtes pauses allant jusqu'à 72 heures en France sans obligation de quarantaine ultérieure. Ceux qui y restent plus longtemps doivent être en quarantaine pendant au moins dix jours lors de leur voyage de retour, et au moins cinq jours pour un test corona négatif, explique Tiriou.
