Dezember 2020 - 14:45 Uhr Uneinsichtige Quarantäneverweigerer sollen künftig in einem von zwei bis drei ausgewählten Krankenhäusern in Baden-Württemberg untergebracht werden. Darauf einigten sich Gesundheitsminister Manne Lucha (Grüne) und Innenminister Thomas Strobl (CDU) am Dienstag nach langen Debatten. Das Innenministerium hatte auf eine strikte Zwangseinweisung solcher Personen in eine zentrale Klinik im Land gedrängt. Lucha hatte dafür plädiert, dass sich die Kommunen dezentral darum kümmern, da es sich um Einzelfälle handle. Lucha will nun bis Ende der Woche die zuständigen Kliniken benennen. Strobl sagte, er sei froh, dass man sich darauf verständigt habe, „hartnäckige Quarantäneverweigerer abzusondern“. Es sei aber nur das letzte Mittel, wenn solche Menschen sich auch durch Bußgelder nicht zur Vernunft bringen ließen. Darüber hninaus will die baden-württembergische Landesregierung die Corona-Maßnahmen weiter verschärfen. So soll der Alkoholausschank unter freiem Himmel insbesondere aufgrund des hohen Andrangs an Glühweinständen im Land verboten werden. Man werde ein flächendeckendes Alkoholverbot in die nächste Corona-Verordnung aufnehmen, kündigte Lucha am Dienstag in Stuttgart an. Die Kommunen sollten das schon zum 3. Advent umsetzen. Lucha hatte bereits am Montag im Radioprogramm „SWR Aktuell“ für ein solches Verbot geworben. „Wir haben jetzt gerade am Wochenende in den großen Innenstädten gesehen, dass im Prinzip die Weihnachtsmärkte über die Hintertür kommen, dass wir Riesenschlangen an Glühweinständen hatten“, hatte der Minister gesagt. „Das kann und darf nicht sein.“ Die Verkaufsstände seien Anziehungspunkte, und die Kunden hielten sich dort beispielsweise nicht mehr an Abstandsregeln. Man werde noch diese Woche für Regionen mit mehr als 300 Neuinfektionen auf 100.000 Einwohner in sieben Tagen drastische Maßnahmen beschließen müssen, sagte Ministerpräsident Winfried Kretschmann (Grüne) in Stuttgart. Er hoffe, dass die Maßnahmen für die extremen Hotspots Anfang nächster Woche in Kraft treten könnten. Bislang sei nur Pforzheim davon betroffen. Auch ein harter Lockdown nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen rücke näher.
