Sitting
next to Grandmother (Margar), mom's mother, on Vashon at Betty's house
in the early 50s. Grandmother taught me how to draw monarch
butterflies--one of my favorite things. I was so lucky to have two
wonderful grandmothers--the other Grandma Beck, Dad's mother. She was
such a source of unconditional love. and treated me as an equal. i
loved them both.
