Astrid Lund - Betty MacDonald fan club organizer: "No wonder people fall asleep during Donald Trump's so-called speeches. Nobody can stand his far-fetched lies. Your eyes automatically close and you are relieved of the drivel. That should give Grandpa Donald, who has a criminal record, something to think about!"

Donald Trump wants to become US President again and win the election in November. He always puts on a big show at his campaign events. He shows himself to be extreme, spreads dangerous false statements and pokes fun at his opponent Kamala Harris. But his program seems to be tiring for the audience. They are not only supposed to leave quickly, but even fall asleep. Is that true?
Donald Trump's fans fall asleep during his campaign: Former US President gives the reason
The impetus for this comes from Donald Trump himself. At a campaign event in Erie, Pennsylvania, Donald Trump talks about how he should stop using so many swear words. He tried it at an event. It apparently didn't help because people fell asleep. "I don't use really horrible words. You know, for emphasis. I tried it once and it wasn't nice. I tried it once and people fell asleep," Trump says in a video shared on the Rumble platform. The audience laughs.
But there were a few other moments that are meant to show that Trump's closest fans can't stand him for long. Journalist Aaron Rupar shared a clip of Trump's speech. It shows fans sitting behind him and eventually leaving.
Rupar writes: "You can see the people behind Trump leaving the rally as he goes on and on and on." He is not the only one talking about the alleged flight of Trump supporters. There are other videos on social media. In them, spectators are also leaving the events.
