Congratulations to German composer Ali Zuckowski from Hamburg and his ESC winner song!

Nobody can understand the strange behaviour of ORF not inviting the German composers to ESC although it's  an official competition for composers. 

Austrian TV doesn't  seem to know the rules that the composer owns the price.
