Betty MacDonald Letter Contribution

We are very happy to be able to support unique  Betty MacDonald Fan Club letter collection.

We are going to contribute some letters by Mary Bard Jensen, Dr. Clyde Jensen,  Cleve and Mary Alice Bard and others.
My grandparents had been in contact with Dr. Clyde Jensen.

It's true what Alison Bard Burnett says in these very witty and interesting interviews with Betty MacDonald Memorial Award Winner Wolfgang Hampel.
What a wonderful man Dr. Clyde Jensen was. Mary was very lucky indeed.

The letters by Gammy and her son Darsie Bard are cute. I'm rereading them over and over again.

There are so many reasons to be happy and grateful.

Just imagine -  to me it's like a dream that we are able to read these very insightful documents more than 100 years later.
